Your fully guided Colorado goose hunt will take place out of well camouflaged, warm pits, or permanent water blinds. Depending upon conditions, you will be hunting over corn, alfalfa, grass, barley, wheat, or premium water locations all leased exclusively by Front Range Guide Service. All hunts will be decoy hunting only over large spreads of full bodies, silhouettes, floaters and shells often exceeding well over 30+ dozen. We have dozens of different locations to choose from on a daily basis to assure you are in the best spots for optimum opportunities. All locations are in feeding fields or well established flight lines deep in the heart of the wintering grounds. When hunting with us there is no need to worry about the guide shooting your birds, we don’t even carry guns and that is very refreshing to the many that have hunted with us in the past. Our never ending attention to detail, equipment, calling and camouflage is second to none! This and our hunting practices will assure big Canadas decoying up close and personal, decoying geese for close range shooting is our priority.

1-4 Hunters | $1600 (for up to 4 hunters)
5-7 Hunters | $400 per hunter (for 5-7 hunters)
8-12 Hunters | $3200 (for up to 12 hunters)

At Front Range Guide Service we run group packages where one lump sum of money is paid for a certain amount of hunters. For this trip if you pay $1600 you could hunt alone or 3 other hunters could come. The max number of hunters is 12 at a flat rate for the group of $3200.

Colorado Goose Hunts At Front Range Guide Service
This water rich agricultural area boasts a resident Canada Goose population exceeding over 20,000. Colorado Goose hunting can be some of the best in the nation. At peak migration it is not uncommon for Colorado’s Front Range to hold upwards of 250,000 birds consisting of several subspecies of Canada Geese. The first migrants to arrive are the short grass prairie geese, or lessers in the first of November. The majority of our wintering flock will consist of High Line Canadas, and greaters later in the season. Colorado hunters can also be fortunate enough to experience a reverse migration in February, as thousands of geese return from the southern half of the nation often making things brand new.The best time to be on Colorado’s Front Range for goose hunting is wide open from beginning to the end of the season.
